I have chosen only a few ideas, but there are many others, which in different versions,
talk about the same thing: keeping a grudge in our soul is simply a toxic thing.
And I add that it is our choice to react this way, which only brings sadness, unfulfillment
and even illness. It is just an emotion that does not lead to any solution.
The question is why would we knowingly waste our time with it?
The lesson 69 of that Course in Miracles that I told you about before, has the title:
"My resentments hides the light of the world in me."
It seems to me a special expression, which I think says everything about the effects.

Am ales doar cateva idei, insa sunt multe altele, ce in diferite variante, vorbesc despre
acelasi lucru: a pastra in sufletul nostru un resentiment, este pur si simplu un lucru toxic.
Si adaug ca este alegerea noastra de a reactiona astfel, ce aduce doar tristeti, neimpliniri
si chiar boala. Este doar o emotie ce nu conduce la nicio solutie. Intrebarea este de ce
ne-am pierde vremea in mod constient cu ea?
La lectia 69 din acel Curs de Miracole de care v-am mai povestit - (am constatat ca nu mai
exista link catre el in limba romana, doar in engleza), titlul este:
'Resentimentele mele ascund lumina lumii din mine'.
Mi se pare o exprimare deosebita, ce cred ca spune totul despre efecte.
